Best experience ever! driver was punctual, pleasant and personable.
The ride was safe and relaxing, no stress nor any issues whatsoever. I haven't used Uber or Lyft for a long time, and really felt that this way was much safer, reliable and easier. I highly recommend Thomas Transportation, so worth it, very professional. I will definitely be using TT again and will let my family and friends know when they need a ride to or from the airport or really anywhere, this is who to call.

Great experience with an early morning pick to Ontario airport for our group!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Thomas Transportation. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and didn’t bat an eye when the airline canceled our international flight home. Without any hesitation, they took our new flight info and they were waiting for us the following day. Dave, our driver both ways to and from LAX, was extremely helpful and personable. Their pricing can’t be beat and their service is top notch! We’ll definitely be using them on repeat for all our LA transportation needs.

I have made a couple of appointments with Thomas Transportation and it was so much easier and reliable than any other transportation service I’ve used. I have to fly a lot and I have always had trouble getting reliable rides to the airport from other ride services. I have missed flights because of Uber and Lyft but Thomas Transportation showed up right on time for all of my flights. My driver was really friendly also so I would definitely highly recommend them

Blayne was very welcoming and professional.

I'm not used to transportation companies being anywhere near as exciting and memorable. He created an environment of laughter and casual conversation, which made the ride very comfortable.

I will continue to request Blayne from TT every time I travel.

We used Thomas transportation for our family last week for round trip transportation to LAX. All I can say is, WOW! Very easy to book, responds quickly to questions, very reasonably priced, clean and nice smelling vehicles, great communication on travel days, on-time (actually early) and friendly, polite, clean cut and helpful drivers! We used Thomas Transportation service for one day on August 3rd from LAX to Caltech, UC San Diego and LAX.
The car was very clean and comfortable and the driver was really professional. With their help, we managed to do all planning accordingly and very satisfied with their service.

The company was great very attentive, did not use their service because we ended up getting a ride from my daughter. I called to cancel even though it was less then 24 hours before our flight. The gentleman was great. Cancelled the call and immediately refunded my card. Will definitely use their service and will recommend them to friends and family.

Our experience was so easy, and smooth working with Blayne. We originally had a ride but when our flight was delayed tonight arriving at LAX close to midnight, we didn't want to inconvenience family to pick us up. Highly recommend these guys for LAX shuttle service. First, super quick to provide rates and respond to inquiry. Next, price was great-I got a bunch of quotes and Thomas Transportation was best. They were very helpful in terms of times to get to airport, when to leave, etc. Our initial flight was cancelled and rescheduled for next day, and they didn't bat an eye, just confirmed pick-up time for new flight. Our return flight was delayed, again, no problem for them, they were waiting for us when we exited airport at 1:30 am. Lots of communication, so pleasant, so easy. We're a family of 5 and having Blayne and his people drop us off and pick us up made flying in/out of LAX much less stressful. I will always call them for airport shuttle service!

Our pick up arrangements at LAX fell through and I had to look for new transportation while I was still in London. Thomas transportation was very communicative and responsive to my questions. When we got to LAX, it was the most crowded I have ever seen! Thomas made every effort to find us in the crowd and had a great sense of humor on the ride home as I was backseat driving! We had him make an unscheduled stop so I could pick up my house keys and then re-routed him. Although he had his GPS, I continued to backseat drive. He had a great sense of humor about the whole thing! We appreciated that so much after a long 11 hour flight and it was already past 10 o'clock at night. Thank you Thomas! I would recommend your service to anyone

This father/son team owned business is Legit.
We needed transport to and from SOFI stadium from Redondo. They arrived on time, had a spotless vehicle, and made great conversation en route.
I called to inquire about transport within 12 hours and, despite being in a short time frame, they performed.
I highly recommend these professionals.
P.S. They're looking for dependable hustlers to work for them because they're so busy.

Company was very responsive and great customer service. Driver Mel was excellent. As a big family it was able to accommodate 3 kids, 4 adults and one in a wheelchair. I would definitely call them for my next trip. Driver bowed up 15 min prior which was awesome. I love when people/ companies are punctual and deliver as promised. Pick and drop off to and from the LAX was superb.

As a frequent business traveler, I prefer to use a professional car service in lieu of Uber or Lyft. Thomas Transportation was contacted on short notice to get me from LAX to Hollywood Blvd in order to attend the 2022 ESPYS. They made the scheduling easy, and my driver "Dave" was prompt and efficient navigating his way through LA's notorious traffic congestion. It was a no-brainer to book them again the following day for the return trip to LAX. Can't recommend them strongly enough.

Great timely pickup at LAX on a peak day in July. It was very chaotic day and Blaine did a great job in getting to us at the Int'l terminal. The vehicle was nice and clean and we had a comfortable ride home. He was great to strike a conversation on the way home as well. I strongly recommended Thomas Transportation.

Giddy up! The really friendly man was early, highly communicative, a conscientious driver, carried my heavy bags and just had a great attitude!
It was the cheapest transportation from lax by far! The van isn't new or a black car, but I really didn't care. They were also the first to respond to my request.
